I was 274 4 months ago and now I’m 245 pounds today. I have been using your 10min abs session everyday and seeing my stomach area decrease in size and today I tried your HIIT workout today and glad it came it 4 days ago cause I wouldn’t be in shape enough to complete it but thankfully all my hard work paid off and I completed it first try! Sweaty after this, lots of combinations to keep you interested ! By the time I figured some of them out the 45 seconds were up but at least I was moving in some way or another haha! Thanks great workout.

Refreshing to find a cardio HIIT workout that did not involve burpees, squats or lunges! On my 5th week after hand surgery and primarily doing lower body based workouts that include squats & lunges, this workout was perfect. Adding to my favorites list. Thank you Oliver!!!
