Can we all take a moment to appreciate this workout style? I find they’re much more calming for my nervous system whilst simultaniously getting my heartrate up and a sweat going on. I can much better get through these workouts than any other cardio workouts I’ve done previously that leaves me really light-headed and NOT feeling my best. Monikas videos are PERFECT! x

Have been able to consistently work out for over a week just because of your videos, they're so calming and intense without being overly exhausting, and just the pace+duration I need to get some movement daily. It's made me look forward to working out daily

My husband started to exercise a few months ago, and with his poor coordination, he struggled a lot initially. He came across your channel and appreciated slower, low-impact, standing movements.
