Just finished it now! Haven't worked out in a while and this was perfect for me, it wasn't too easy to where I felt I wasn't working out but it wasn't so difficult that I gave up. Thank you for uploading it! (Also love that there isn't a voiceover!!!)

this is great! just 10 minutes but i'm sweating 😅

edit: i've been doing this everyday for almost 5 days now and i'm surprised at how much lighter i feel on my feet despite being a consistent weight. i'll try incorporating this workout twice a day now!

Only complements great job 🎉❤the first time I don’t get annoyed from the voices, what a great idea to show how to do at the side. As a vídeo editor myself I got say this was so pleasing to watch: the view, the transitions, the lettering, all the effects, you showing the exercise, everything was great! Love the whole composition 😊

Das ist zusammen mit dem squat workout eine sehr gute Übungsanregung. Ich mache die beiden abwechselnd jeden Tag eine davon, ergänzt mit wenigen Rumpfübungen. So komme ich auf täglich 15 Minuten, die ich konsequent durchhalten kann als Ergänzung zu meinem täglichen Lauftraining. Also kein zusätzliches Stretching und Krafttraining. Ich hoffe, das genügt. Wenn Du der Ansicht bist, dass ich vielleicht doch noch eine Ergänzung in mein tägliches Training aufnehmen könnte, wäre es schön, wenn Du es mich wissen lassen würdest. Auf jedem Fall vielen Dank für die beiden motivierenden, hilfreichen und professionellen Videos!

Bonjour, j'adore vos exercices :ils sont très efficaces et agréable à faire. Juste une petite remarque sur cette (super vidéo) : l'exercice 1 est très bien, les mouvements "effet miroir", sont super, on arrive à bien suivre, mais la deuxième partie de l'exercice 1, vous tournez le dos, et si on fait cet exercice, on refait le même exercice que la première partie! j'essaie de faire la première partie de l'exercice 1 en "inversé" pour ne pas refaire de même pour la deuxième partie.. c'est la même chose pour l'exercice 4.. ce n'est pas évident "d'inverser" les mouvements en regardant la vidéo (pour éviter de "travailler" le même côté). Cela aurait été plus simple pour le 1 et le 4 de les faire tous "dos tourné" à la caméra. Très bonne journée.
