Good general warm-up & I use to use the: "hollow body rolls" a lot just as a warm-up 2014 - 2020 & as a precursor to combat a few times per week 2000 -2012. I stopped using this movement pattern as much when the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic happened as I did not want to roll around outside & risk contamination & had to work in sterile laboratories so was less stress not doing this as a warm-up anymore.

Once I join a gym again I will add this to my warm-up a few times per week.

we do gorilla hops fwd, lateral, front to backs, 1/4 turn hops...i give credit to Youtuber Luka Hocevar...he has some interesting animal based movements that loosen up the body
