Physical Therapist Margaret Martin presents a 12 minute aerobic weight bearing workout for osteoporosis. Designed for the active senior.

The caption at the beginning of the video states "please consult with your physician before engaging in exercises." This is particularly true for people with compression fractures or low bone density.

There are gentle heel bounces at minute 4:00, 4:26 and 4:46. If you have one or more compression fractures or back pain you may wish to skip these moves.

I love love all your videos you have helped me so much I'm 66 1/2 but I was 55 or 56 when I found your channel I am THANKS GOD for this for this because he has guided me since I was 53 for wellness and losing weight I was almost 200 lbs me and Little Debbie used to be MY BEST FRIEND 🙃 but we broke up LOL


The one thing I did not have that the Lord led me to you for is the how the how much and when and when not to and so many other things I don't have any arthritis or issues that you talked about but by listening to everything you do and doing it I feel like I'm preventing those things thank you so so so so so so much for everything that you and your husband do!!!

Thank you very much. Your channel is so beneficial to me. In my last medical exam they found I started having osteoporosis, I was so afraid but since i started taking action I discovered you channel and I do your exercices everyday to start my day before work.
