Friends, I hope you're ready for some serious hip action! This is an hour long vinyasa flow class to help you open up tight hips. There's a good mixture of flows to help you build strength and give you a workout along with some longer held hip openers to improve mobility.

Kassandra, youtube really should invent the LoveLoveLove button... I have been practicing yoga for 22 months now, doing 70-90 mins every morning. I have done A LOT of yoga classes. This, dear, was easily THE BEST hip sequence I have ever done. Perfectly built up sequence, perfect cueing. I love the fact that your cues are so very professional they let me practice with my eyes closed almost the whole time. You are now officially in the list of top notch instructors. Wonderful class, thank you!

I love how this starts out almost deceptively mellow, so you can start even if you’re tired, and then slowly ratchets up the intensity so that you end up with a kick-ass workout.

I chose this video because Kassandra adds a lot of really clear pointers on where my body should be positioned. It seems like she knows really well where a beginner's form might slip. I appreciate so much all of her cues to keep my body aligned properly.

Kassandra, you are by far the best yoga instructor. The sequence and flow of your classes are perfect for me. My body feels so open afterwards and this is better than the $20 I pay for each class at the yoga studio I go to. The only difference is that I practice hot yoga at my studio and it really opens up my joints. Your flow in this class has accomplished this without the heat! Thank you so much and please add more classes!

Lovely class, the hour just flew by. For someone who has had hip and lower back issues since my teenage years, I really appreciate this. I feel so much less stiff! Especially loved the prolonged lizard 🦎 and pigeon poses. Thanks kassandra. Namaste 🙏

without a doubt the best hip opening practice I've experienced. I am committed to yoga about 3-4 times per week and always try to select one class that focuses on the hips. They always feel more open than before, but this practice TRULY OPENED them in ways I never thought possible. I appreciate the strength and flexibility this practice offered. Will definitely be returning!
