Hello! I’m 15 and I’m from Ukraine. I have done this class and as you said knew a lot of knew about myself. And it was really special class for me because I really insight that all limits are in our head. I lifted my 2 legs at that standing! Yeah, I didn’t straighten them, but I was amazing. And I am really grate for this phrase: “we choose to act from the fear and from the love❤”

I have been practising yoga with another yoga instructor for a while and sometimes I follow Boho because I realise the pace and the level of Boho is faster and higher than the one I’m following. Normally Boho’s 20 minute yoga piece can make me sweat and increases heart speed that’s why I don’t follow Boho regularly.
Yesterday I found this practice for an hour, which is unusual so I decided to join and practice after my small unwellness. And without a doubt, it’s beyond my physical capabilities 😅
It is challenging for me to follow the pace and all the postures but I try my best. I’m happy with what I have achieved and will take on your yoga practice more to improve myself 😊

Hi, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you, to me, and to all of us. I hadn't fully realized—or maybe you helped me remember—just how strong I truly am. I'm so thankful for the energy, the voice, the background music, and the nature that surrounded you, which for nearly an hour became my surroundings too. The sound of the birds during the eagle pose made me feel like I was part of their world. We are strong, and for that one hour, across different moments in time, we connected into a single consciousness.

I love this class, it’s my favourite and I keep coming back to it as a core class even as my practice progresses. I find the long holds, balance and strength challenging each time I come Back. A really grounding and stabilising class for me. 💕🧚🏻‍♀️🕉
