I really enjoyed this. I do HIIT classes and other high intensity workouts regularly so have just started getting into yoga and stretching to counter balance the muscle stiffness. This was nice, a decent stretch that still challenged muscles and strength and flexibility but still doable for most beginners.
I Would love more full classes like this full body beginner routines coming as well. I’m really trying to work on my flexibility, including eventually the splits and improving lower back flexibility as I sit all day for work. Thankyou 🙏

This was an amazing all levels class that I could do with someone who is in a more beginner stage! Even though my level is a bit higher, I still got a really amazing upper body stretch, and really enjoyed shavasana with the rain pouring down on my roof. Feel so relaxed. Your classes, sequencing, and directions are simply the best. Namaste!

Hello Gayatri, congratulations on your yoga channel - this was the first video of yours I followed and did enjoy the sequences put together and how you guide us through it. There were parts however, particularly in the beginning and end where I was struggling to hear what was said, perhaps because the fan was on in my room. Having a scaleable volume option may help. Thanks again, I look forward to following more of your work.
