It's finally here - the hour long Vinyasa Flow class you've been eagerly requesting! This flow will guide you through some strong warrior poses and standing poses to help you develop flexibility in the hips, hamstrings and shoulders. You will also have the option to do crow pose if you're working on upper body strength and some fun transitions. This is an intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class ideal for full body flexibility.

I'm probably your oldest student (60 years young) More one hour classes pleases - especially slow flow. 90 minutes would be even better for getting body ready for intense backbends like wheel! Love your classes - thank you for making them accessible for retirees for free.

Yes! More hour long, please! Even- 1hr 15 min. to 1 1/2 hour which was the norm- really gives you the chance to complete warmup, flow and cool down and to feel invigorated and relaxed at the end. Thank you for the great class.

Solidly intermediate class with clear cueing and a focus on hip openers. Really enjoyed it. I am grateful to have this QUALITY CLASS so easily available. I have years of YOGA experience with good bad and ugly, in-person and online. This class was among the top. Thank you, Kassandra!

This is my favorite yoga video, I've bought and watched hundreds of yoga videos, but this is the perfect combination of strengthening and flexibility training. Better than the dozen or so in person yoga classes I go to in my area. Please make more 45 min or hour long yoga videos. A half hour just doesn't get me warmed up enough to really benefit from the flexibility stretches. Thank you so much for making these! I've had to cut back on the classes I go to because money has gotten tight. This helps me take excellent care of myself without breaking the bank.

Like everyone else, I've been stuck at home for almost a week now, out of my regular workout routine because of COVID-19. This was nourishing to my soul. Thank you. If you are still taking requests, I'd love an hour long yoga session that targets improving balance:)
