An hour long full body yoga practice for deep connection, introspection and flexibility.

Hi everyone, please join me in a brand new hour long intermediate vinyasa slow flow practice. This is a well rounded yoga class to create space inside and out. You'll want to have two blocks for this class.

Physically this practice will help you increase your flexibility and mobility. We will be working from head to toe and moving slowly in and out of poses to really feel how the poses work our bodies and to stay connected to our breath. Energetically we're trying to create space within ourselves and tap into our intuition. This is a super stretchy flow, think of it like a full body and mind tune up.

I loved this, even with a number of positions I don’t like to do. But you gave us just the right amount of time in each one to work through the resistance. I even found a new way to use my block in lizard pose - under my extended back leg at the front hip. Thank you, Kassandra. The hour long ones are especially satisfying.

A magical practice. An hour ago I was scared and angry of Russian aggression. Now I am a completely different woman. I am grateful for this slow but so intense practice. I am visioning my future now and I am full of energy to realise that) Thank you very much! And now I am hopefully going to find my new safe temporary home in Europe, so wish me luck)

Hi Kassandra, I suffered brain injury, stroke and multiple fractures last year in November due a car hitting me. I am myself a yoga instructor. I am gradually getting my mobility back. With taking lots of support and modifications, I was able to finish this class and I feel so happy doing this. Thank you very much for this class! Namaste 🙏 💗

This was an amazing class. After a two hour car ride to an airport, sitting in two different airport terminals, and seven hours combined on two planes, all those stretches, done at a slow pace, were really fulfilling to my achy body.
