Increase strength and flexibility in this hour long beginner vinyasa yoga class. No props needed!

Hey everyone, welcome back! I'm so happy to be bringing you an hour long beginner yoga class. Even though it was made with beginners in mind, it's a lovely class for all levels.

This 60 minute beginner yoga class will focus on strength, flexibility and balance. It's a well-rounded practice for all experience levels. We move in and out of the poses fairly slowly to build body awareness and improve balance. I'm not using any props for this practice but you may want to have a block close by.

Most of the classes I've been doing lately have been intermediate to advanced so I thought it'd be nice to do a beginner friendly flow! This class will help you improve flexibility and build the foundational strength necessary to progress into your practice.

Love your classes, you make yoga fun. I just turned 60 and have been participating in a class every other day for the last month and have noticed overall I feel better than I have in the last five yrs (and my pants fit better too)

I've been doing yoga daily for about two years now. I'm usually enjoying your intermediate level classes and those with minimal cues. However I think it is very important to come back to basics from time to time and check in with your posture and alignment. This was a great way to do that due to your clear and simple explanations throughout ❤

Quite literally never done yoga until today - 43 y/o typical lift/run guy. Needed something to help me deal with some stress on a rest day and something said "try yoga". Not knowing where to start, of course YouTube.
Kassandra popped up first and I just clicked on it and went through the hour. I found her tips helpful and we'll timed (relax your neck and jaw tended to be where I was most convicted!) and really helped me sink into the poses/movements.
I guess I do yoga now!? Thanks Kassandra!

This has to be my favourite class among yours. I've done it many times (still enjoying it) as I'd prefer a longer class. Hope to see more 1 hour classes like this one.

Hi Kassandra - have just started doing your beginner yoga class - I've had a double knee replacement 10months ago - I and finding your classes fabulous. I am aiming to do a class everyday. Thank you Kassandra, truly... you have been my guiding light through my own teaching, I started about 3 - 4 years with you, and now that I work in an environment where I do yoga classes for all levels, I think of you when I chant Om at the end of every class.

Toady was my first yoga class every this is the most streching I have ever done in 20 years.
