This was a very nice Meditation with longer pauses than usual but that did not create a problem for me. I did achieve a state of deep relaxation and did notice that my hand tremor was absent for a long period of time. And when the tremor did return, it was of much diminished intensity. Be well, and know that you are growing a large community of grateful people.

Dont usually leave comments on YouTube, but had to as this was the first guided meditation that did send me into a deep state of relaxation and mental peace. Currently dealing with severe stress symptoms and I felt more replenished than ever for a long time. This truly helped me, thank you

I dont know how I sub'd to this channel but literally a Notification popped up when I felt the start of an extreme panic attack coming on. I laid down n listen to this. It wasn't a full stop to the panic attack, but it did REALLY HELP GROUND ME. Appreciate it. The universe knew I needed this at that moment n it provided for me. Thank you and the Universal powers that are always watching us, No matter what you believe your ancestral powers are flowing out there for you. Just reach out and ask for some help. might not hit you straight away but it will start to flow the more you accept it.
