I suffer from severe PTSD which means along with mood swings, depression, anxiety, paranoia comes insomnia and nightmares. I have had approximately 4 hours sleep in the past 3 days and was being to have hallucinations. So last night I turn the thermostat down to 65 and put this on. I don't even remember at what point during the session when I fell asleep all I know is I did and stayed sleep all night without a nightmare. Thank you I'm forever grateful.
