I'm currently eating udon almost every day. They are so so good, sometimes I also swap them out for shirataki. It's just such a nice way to make a quick 500 calorie meal imo. Hope you enjoy this one

Macros entire Recipe: 533Calories, 72C, 7F, 59P
Ingredients:
- 200g UDON
- 150g Chicken breast skinless
- 1 red onion (50g)
- 13g PB2
- 20g soy sauce
- 10g mirin
- 10g rice vinegar
- 50g water
- salt, pepper, chili flakes

YES! Don't sleep on using PB2 type powdered peanuts in savory dishes. Peanuts sauces are amazing with any kind of poultry and as a salad dressing.

Super yummy. I picked up the same powdered peanuts you used - found it on Amazon :) I added 200g udon and 200g shiratki noodles (also based on your recommendation) and 1 yellow onion. I think this is my favorite sauce so far of your creations. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more recipes :)

Very nice! Udon noodles are certainly a great discovery for me. I usually don't use noodles too often due to their high kcal density, and while I use shirataki every now and then, I also don't like to "cheat to my body" with a ton of fiber in disguise too often. But the ~130kcal per 100 gram in these udon feels like the perfect balance.

The sauce was really good too 👌🏼 peanut powder is a really good idea, I've used peanut butter before but it's more difficult to spread across the whole dish (aside from higher kcal). It will do wonders in the sushi salad from Brian Lagerstrom, which I really like.

omg this was so tasty, a bit of siracha sauce and it was perfect 🤤 I made it with shirataki noodles today, and will try it out with udon next week :)

it's uncommon to have PB powder here, will it work if we have the usual peanut butter (the paste one like skippy)?
