I've been doing this for 2 years+, my meals are always chicken breast/lean ground turkey or beef, egg whites, broccoli, sweet potatoes, greek yogurt, and I snack on protein bars, I'm down 106 lbs!

5% fat ground pork amazing for a cut as well. 500g costs £2.20, 115g of protein and 437 calories (even less than that with it’s thermic effect being considered, cutting 10-30%max of the calories). Been having this most days on my cut, mixing it with guac, and using as a burrito/pizza topping. Hitting most of my protein goal with such few calories makes cutting significantly easier.

I find that even 90% lean ground beef has a significant amount of fat as compared to chicken breast. Has it affected your daily fat intake?

Ground Turkey is lean, and just like anything else good seasoning works to keep from being bored.

This is actually surprise I didn’t think I’d see KINDER seasoning on here I used to think I was cheating myself but I’ve been seeing weight loss progress it almost feels like a cheat code especially since it kills the craving to eat out because the seasoning really is THAT good

You should be doing half the week dark meat and the other half light meat, or do it week by week. Your body needs both types of aminos to promote healthy muscle growth and chemical balances.

for the protein ice cream try this recipe its around 350 calories and 26g of protein it made cutting a lot easier. It consists of 2 tbsp of pb2, 1 scoop of protein powder (select is the best imo), 3/4 tsp of xanthan gum 3 scoops of stevia, 1-1/2 cup of frozen assorted berries, and a handful of ice.

I get 96 lean ground beef. Tastes the same to me as 80/20 in most cases and you can even squeeze out the extra fat at the end of cooking for even less calories
