I did these arm workouts twice a day for a couple months before my wedding last July 23 and it definitely toned, sculptured and defined my arms for my big day! Such small, quick and easy exercises but BIG results! 💪🏼☺️

I do this twice a day, (it's SO handy for a busy lifestyle), and have seen better results than I would if I'd done workouts with weights (which I've also tried, but this worked a lot quicker) DO IT!!!

This is my main workout! I do it twice at day and I changed my food habits too. The result: 5.3kg loss in 2 weeks! My arms are still fatty but I can see the work. Really thanks, Lucy!

I work as a receptionist, so i sit at the front of the office alone. I do this work out a couple of times a day at work and i can feel the burn! Its so convenient and simple, yet you can feel it working :)

I'm doing this twice a day without fail
I'll let you know how I get on:

Week 1: nothing yet, arms felt really challenged afterwards

Week 2: forearms look slightly more toned, didn't feel as challenged as last week

Week 3: Forearms definitely feel more toned, arms felt a bit more challenged afterwards

Week 4: bingo wings are slowly disappearing, forearms are definitely more toned

Week 5: forearms are definitely getting toned and bingo wings are definitely starting to disappear

Week 6: same as before

Week 7: forearms are definitely more toned

Week 8: biceps are feeling a little more toned

Week 9: forearms are looking and feeling more toned

So about a week and a half ago I started doing this 1 to 2 times day, and for everyone asking about results, my friends didn't believe me when they felt my arms. I change it up between the 3 and 4 minute workouts you have. I can't stop feeling my arms!

Lucy, I have been doing all of your videos now for about a week just in time for summer. You have no idea how amazing your training has been . After my ankle tendon surgery after riding horses for 20 years, I was basically not allowed to do any workouts at all . Now I can! Thank you!
