To execute a tricep dip, position your hands shoulder-width apart on a stable surface, extend your legs out in front of you, and lower your body by bending your elbows until they form a 90-degree angle. Push back up to the starting position and repeat. Incorporating this exercise into your routine, with three sets of 12-15 repetitions a few times per week, can yield noticeable results. I injured my shoulder somehow, no idea. When the pain wouldn't subside I went to the Chiropractor. I'm tiny and the doc is a big guy. Man he came from behind, wrapped his arms around me and I cracked like a bag of walnuts. At least 8 BIG pops. He said ice it and showed me exercises. I loved the wall push ups you showed.
