Hi Schellea, I've been a subscriber for a long time but haven't reached out to you before. I'm an over 60 year old paraplegic woman. I so appreciate your seated arm and shoulder exercise routines. I've been doing them for quite a while- the need to keep my arms and shoulders strong and healthy are so important. Strengthening my core muscles are also very important. I was a semi-fit gardener until I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Chemo has already taken it's toll and I can already see the muscle loss. No no no! This workout is perfect for my situation. I'll need surgery after chemo so I need to work hard at getting stronger. I did the whole video too! Big accomplishment when there are days I can't get out of bed! This one's a keeper, thanks!
