Literally a 5 minute exercise. I tweaked my back sitting in a chair today, my kid was falling off the chair next to me so i turned to catch him, to be fair I'm a plumber and lifted 400 lbs out of a basement yesterday... so I know I was stiff.

It's been all day of rest, wincing when I try to slide out of bed. usually it's days of hobbling around.

Thank you I'm moving around better the seering pain at every movement is gone.

Free advanced physical therapy❤. Wow, my lower back has been killing me all week since riding an exercise bike, I’ve tried a few stretches already but these two have made a big difference already, I’m no longer uncomfortable when sitting or standing now. Amazing Doc!

Since it's already night, I'll try this tomorrow! I don't know why but sometimes when I'm just sitting on my chair I get this sudden lower back pain and it's frightening.

Thank You So much. This video helped me out. I worked as a janitor to clean the whole entire of the school. everytime my back get hurts so much and I got tired at the same time.
