Meal Prep 🫡🤝

post. The simple reason is that people take this shit WAYYY TOO personally.

I can already see comments along the lines of "eggs will give you a heart attack, " "meat will give you cancer, " "the egg machine is made out of plastic, and PFAs will kill you, " "eating like this is way too expensive, " "you shouldn't eat food after 3 days of it being cooked, " “now all the kids in the world will harm themselves trying to do handstands in the kitchen, ” etc.

Well, for one, I really enjoyed making this video so I’ll do more of them. Second, nutrition is a huge passion of mine, and I believe I can share valuable content that will benefit many. Lastly, I won't stop sharing what I love because of people's lack of ability to keep an open mind.

With that out of the way, let me share a few extra things here, and please feel free to ask anything below!

1. This is how I meal prep, not how YOU should meal prep, or if you should meal prep for that matter. This works for me, and I am sharing it in the hope that it might help you.

2. This is how I eat, not how you should eat.

3. I didn't add the quantities of each meal because I think a full day of eating will do more justice to that. Let me know if you would want me to share that, and I'll be more than happy to do so!

4. Meals are prepared on Sunday, and we eat the last one on Friday. Some will argue that after 3-4 days you shouldn't eat the meals anymore. For me, they taste just fine on the 5th day, and I feel great after eating them.

5. First meal for me is the yogurt, berries, 1 banana, and 2 eggs. Second meal is the beef/chicken with 2 eggs and some fruits, and third meal is the dinner. Again, I’ll dive deeper here on another post.

For those who like to eat fresh: I understand you, as I do too. Sometimes I prepare my food on the same day, but there are other times when I want to save time for big projects (like delivering the best possible content to all of you), and meal prepping really helps me stay on track and channel my full energy into other activities besides eating.

For everyone else: this is how I eat. Let’s not turn nutrition into a religion and force our beliefs on others. Feel free to unsubscribe if this content doesn’t resonate with you. A lot of people here seem to have never used a refrigerator before 😅 shocked by how many people think the food isn’t safe to eat after just a couple of days.

Love the menu, I think I’d personally add some more seasonings (but I’m also not on a fitness regimen 😂). Love this short :)

Use a spoon for peeling eggs. Crack one of the ends, remove the cracked part, then dig the spoon underneath to get the rest of the shell.
