In this video, I’m prepping my meals for the week in about an hour! I wanted high protein meals (100g per day) that I could eat this coming week, that were perfect for autumn :) All my recipes are gluten-free, and I’ll share how to make them dairy-free and vegan too

Do you eat the quinoa lunch cold or warmed up . And if warm how do you warm up all together in micro or stove top? I know sounds silly but I don't use microwave .
