Edit: Thanks for all the kind responses, i will make some videos on the subject soon:)

Hey, great video. A few tips from a chef with 20years exerience if sombody wants it.

1) Dond't put so much meat in the Pan at once, you Will "Boil" it instead of giving it a Nice crust.

2) if you Boil vegetables and planning using ut later, then put the vegetables in freezing water RIGHT after you boiled it until its totaly cooled down. That way the vegs stays crunshy and more of the vitamins stays inside instead of damping out.

3)do NOT put hot food inside a locked container while its warm. Because then it takes a long time for it to Cool down, it Will continiue to cook and get way overcooked. But most importantly, there Will be a risk of the food to start a bacteria flow because you give them a perfect temperatuere and time to start to growe.

Not trying to be a wiseass, just some tip for those of you WHO diden't know✌🏽

People talk about Buff dudes' physique. However, I find their hair just as amazing.

Really always liked buff dudes bc they got their principles right:
Highly value family, buy quality food, buy quality stuff in general, seem to be honest and not profit orientated etc. In general great guys!

Small tip is to put the protein powder in with the oats/before adding milk or yogurt. That will help keep the powder from sticking to the sides of the container and not mixing.

The best, clearest, easiest video I've seen in the last 10 years! godddaaammm why does every "bodybuilder" or "physique" guy have to try so hard. You did it the best by just being yourself! Good stuff man and thank you!

Not willing to food prep and eat your meals is why most people fail to get the results they want. Its the hardest part.

You guys have really inspired me to try meal prepping a week. My parents bought and never used their Ninja Foodi indoor grill/air fryer and gave it to me and my fiancé. This, and watching your videos really got me motivated to try meal prepping and I did. I portioned out basmati rice, green beans, and grilled chicken for week where each meal is about 800 calories for lunch. Combined with overnight oats and a protein shake I should hit my daily calories easy. Putting my food and nutrition into a different perspective really helped me understand that I was being careless and wrecking my body(along side seeing. A dietitian) Thanks for the videos and I can’t wait for more

Thanks for the quality content; much appreciated. 👌🏻
Quick tip for ya. Weigh out total ingredient amounts, input into recipe in MyFitnessPal and adjust servings accordingly. When portioning out into containers just eyeball it. At the end of the week it'll all even out, and you'll save a lot of time instead of weighing out each portion. 👍🏻

I had to adjust just slightly for my caloric goals, but I stuck with the overnight oats to a T. Here’s some advice for everyone: I believe the jars he is using are long neck pint jars. You cans use standard or wide mouth pint jars too, BUT, you have to mix the milk, oats, and protein powder FIRST, then top off with the yogurt. I had some fun doing some trial and error but it worked out in the end lol.

Doing chicken in the crock pot is the ONLY way to go. No messy clean up and it comes out so dang moist. ::chefs kiss::

I really appreciate that you’re at grocery outlet. As someone who meal preps but tries to save money also, this is a great tip for anyone near one or who has a “scratch and dent” grocery by them. You can get some amazing deals there.

I I love how you hit your target with the meals. I also love how you guys are building muscle without having completely rack everything...I’m a ups drive so trying to build muscle by stacking plates is not an option for me because with a physical job like that to heal would take forever not to mention how far it would set me back. Just not worth it, I try to stay strict with my meals and do a lot of time under tension for growth

For anyone reading this, support your local butcher if you can afford it, I know 2020 has been a rough year for income. I get my veg from the frozen aisle. And don’t forget to wash that rice. Stay blessed people comment section ❤️
