Muscle cramps at night…😞

Sleep is so important in so many parts of life, especially if you’re dealing with chronic pain with arthritis 💤

Not only can muscle and leg cramps be annoying but they can also be pretty painful waking you up and disrupting your sleep ☝🏽

One way to help prevent these is to get blood flow to your muscles and move them through a contraction and a relaxation period which can be done with simple movements 😇

Please know that movement is only part of the prevention and other strategies like strengthening, avoiding overdoing it, magnesium and hydration can be helpful too ✅

These movements should feel good and should not increase pain. If they do, modify by decreasing the number of repetitions, the range of motion or try a different exercise ⚠️

After years of severe muscle cramping all over it turned out to be a BP Rx. Now if i get them i know my magnesium is low so i take a magnesium tablet. Have been a thousand times better!! The were so bad!
Thank you for all you do!! As usual, we all nee to ignore the meanies that cant be nice!!

Ill try but sometimes do these movements cause severe leg cramps. Sometimes I'm screaming they hurt that bad.

I don't have a stomach and some pretty fancy surgeries from stomach cancer but I needed 18 years but here is what I found most people don't know like cramps are caused by low potassium and or magnesium in my case it's probably potassium because so give me the severe cramps go away with it minutes and potassium is a salt substitute so if people are having trouble they might try a little salt in their drink when I get it bad it's like my body is going to get the complete rigor mortis that there are no electrolytes it's basically because I have a malabsorption problem because of the way I'm built now I have learned how to treat and have developed treatments for cancer that's why I beat this it's been 18 years now it's bad doctors state legislators and bad big Pharma that are killing me

I have a tendon(below the big toe) that is rigid most of the time. Can you recommend any exercises to loosen it?
