Here is another full-body exercise to burn overall body weight! Yesterday we challenged you to a 2-week challenge, well today, we're challenging you to lose 3kg in just 1 week!

This challenge of course should be done on a daily basis for 7 days and it runs for approximately 13mins with rest times in between. The exercises in this video aren't that difficult but they can be challenging especially for newbies. They are also full-on cardio so expect that your heart rate will go up as you do this. But that's ok, that means that you'll be having the best workout session!

Not checked my weight yet but these exercises are effective as i sweat like hell in just 13 mins video and its super satisfying.. My body is feeling lighter in a week.

Exercise can be hard.
If it was easy..then everyone would be doing it.
Consider. Plan a goal. Remember, progress takes time..have patience.
If you want to change your body..get up and get moving. Insecure about your body..don't delay and say tomorrow. Do it now. There's 24 hrs in a day. You have time to squeeze a routine in. The results will benefit you in many ways. Speaking from experience and I'm still continuing my fitness journey since 2015.☺🤛👍💪 much love 💘

Okay... So first a fall I would like to thank roberta's Gym for such an amazing workout .... I did try this workout and I am super happy with the results .... I was 56.4 kgs last week and this week I am 54.2 kgs... I lost 2.2 kgs! I'm glad with the results ! Thanks a ton❤️

Male or female models they all have a fitness trainer and have a list strict list of what they eat and workout if they never got plastic surgery they get lip and also others things to remove under eye circles also other things in their face and body like pimple scars in body and face they get rid of them by a surgeon doctor and have a great expensive products for skin care and eat very healthy so never compare yourself to any one 🌸

Hi guys i have done this exercise in 1 week and i loss 2kg and for the rest who thinks i am updating to late its because i switched this exercise to Roberta's Gym 36 minutes exercise and now i am now 64 kg 😊💜

Day 1-6 done, now it's my 7th day doing this and it's awesome for making me lose weight, from having a chubby cheeks and weighing 60kg now I'm at 55kg and starting to see my jawlines again. Thanks to this exercises from Roberta :>
