In today's weight loss video workout, I'm going to show you how you can burn side fat by working out with body weight exercises!

This video contains intensive core exercises that you need to do for 28 mins in order to achieve a shapely body. These are all body-weight routines so you don't need to use any equipment at all. These routines are all mostly cardio routines so they're really here to make you burn fat and give you the best results!

Knee tough crunch : 20
