This simple workout will help you with losing the extra pounds by using just the basics. This entire workout will utilize upright movements only, carefully selected to get your heart rate up and activate your core muscles in order to get that fat burning process started. You will have 5 different supersets of exercises to keep you going. While first 3 are cardio and faster pace oriented, last 2 will be slow and controlled movements to target your core.

Hi Roberta, I missed you (the exercises), so excited to be back after a month. I experienced a car accident and broke my right arm last month, couldn't exercise.
Today, I challenged myself as I was missing workout, can't fully extend my arm but I did with my own pace this workout.

If you plan to reduce 5 kg or more kgs, here are some tips:
Breakfast-Blend, 1 large or 2 small tomatoes, 1 medium cucumber, 1/2 inch ginger, handful spinach, coriander and mint leaves each and 1tsp fresh lemon juice, in a mixer. Drink as soon as possible.
Lunch- Sock, raw peanut a handful, cashew and almonds 10 each and any other dried fruits you have, over night and eat raw. if you want you can eat boiled eggs and cheese.
Dinner- boil soaked chana (white & brown) with salt
Further tips: Try to eat from 10am -6pm only.
drink plenty of luke warm water. Avoid tea and coffee with milk

Hey Roberta..I wanted toh start my fitness journey in May but the first week was kind of hectic..n what a perfect timing..I was gonna start with the old videos of urs but from tomorrow I will followup this routine .thank I so much.
