I've lost 7kg so far, just with a kalories deficit. From today I'm going to do this for 10 days just to set my brain for working out routine and then keep going with workouts 4/5 times a week. Wish me luck🥰

Dude this video really works I have been doing zumba from past 20days in which more than 8 days ihave followed this video and I legit lost 2 kgs in 3 weeks.❤️❤️

Gonna start tomorrow morning. I currently weigh 187 lbs or 85kgs. My goal for the next 6 months to 8 months is 140 lbs to 130 lbs. 🙏🏻 I just had chemo almost a month ago and that may affect my metabolism and weight loss. I will keep this posted as a reminder to myself. :)

Day 1 done! I'm 52, 5'4'', 146lbs. I loved this workout. I found it challenging as far as coordination is concerned, but hope to improve as I get used to the moves. Thank you very much.

I keep going back to this workout.. Burning between 350-425 calories each time. I love this Day 1 workout the best (so far)

Les diré mi progreso (tambien estoy saliendo a trotar 3 o 4 veces por Semana)
Peso:85kg
Estatura:170cm
Cintura:84.5cm
Abdomen:95cm
Edad: 17
Día 1: hecho✨lo hice ayer y fue muy divertido
Día 2:hecho✨ ahora hare abs de 10 minutos.
Día 3: hecho✨ haré una rutina de piernas y glúteos de 10 min.
Día 4: descanso
Día 5: descanse por que me cai jaja y me golpee la rodilla.
Día 6: hecho✨ me gusto mucho, mi rodilla ya esta mejor.

1er jour de défi relevé. Merci bcp. ce jour je suis à 69 kg, j’ai perdu 4 kg depuis 15j puis je suis tombée sur votre chaîne pour m’aider à atteindre les 62kg 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I gave up after 11 minutes. I find it really hard to move my hips this way or even synchronize my arms with the hip movement😂 I'll try it again.

3 день 16.04 -тренировка (сделано) вес 90.8
4 день 17.04 -тренировка ( сделано) вес 90.4
5 день 18.04 - отдых
6 день 19.04 - тренировка (сделано) вес 90.6
7 день 20.04 - тренировка ( сделано) вес 90.7
8 день 21.04 тренировка (сделано) не взвешивалась
9 день 22.04 тренировка (сделано) не взвешивалась
10 день 23.04 (в процессе) вес 90.1
По весу хоть и не так быстро, но объёмы за эту и я ещё до этого занималась какое-то время очень хорошо ушли. На животе особенно. Продолжаю)

Day 1 : done ✅ ( did it at 12:00am)
Day 2: done ✅ current weight : 74.2KG
Day 3 : done ✅ ( did not weight myself )
day 4 : done ✅ current weight 73.9 ( I do this with 8k to 10k steps)
day 5 : done ✅ current weight 73.6 ( no walking today )
day 6 : done ✅ didn't weight myself ( walked 9k steps)
day 7 :❎ decided to rest because I was very tired and my current weight is 72.8
day 8 : done ✅ ( did 7th video on the challenge thanks god I rested well yesterday hahaha ) didn't weight myself
day 9 : done ✅ ( 8th video on the challenge + 9.5k steps) didn't weight myself
