1. limit salt intake
2. increase potassium intake (bananas, avocados..etc)
3. drink more water
4. reduce on high carb food & inc protein intake
5. sweat it out (work out)

1: Don’t eat a lot of salt
2: Try to cool for yourself instead of Eaton takeout
3:Eat bananas, avalados, cocinar water, spinach
4: Drink water instead of juice or soda to lose weight and improve metabolism
5: Cut down on carbs, but not all(bread, tortillas, pastries, etc.”
6: Eat fish and other high protein foods
7:Morning workout and drink a lot of water
