Erica Lin is a certified Personal Trainer, longtime competitive cheerleader and dancer, and YouTube Sports/Fitness Blogger.

I became a cheerleader & dancer at the young age of six. Not gonna lie, the uniforms & the costumes were what originally enticed me...but then I started practicing both, and discovered the flexibility part of these sports & I realized that I had somewhat of a talent for it... (at least, I hope I do?) As a cheerleader, I'm a flyer, and stunting was always one of my favourite parts of cheer 💝 the DANCE & performing part were also right up there with flying/stunting! Most of all, through these tutorial videos I've been able to help & teach YOU guys all my knowledge & skills...and honestly, that means the world and more to me. 💝

DAY 2: I ran out of breath but it felt great!
DAY 3: felt good, some results, my stomach is flat but I’m doino this workout week for my thighs.

tips :

do this 3 times, when you wake u and before going to sleep for 2 weeks

drink water before exercising

sleep early

don't eat food with oil

eat small portions

To everyone doing this: Good luck! If youre trying to lose weight make sure youre doing it in a healthy way and dont hurt yourself while working out. But also dont give up, and keep moving towards your goal. I hope all of you do well!

Im also starting this today and I probably wont update this everyday, but Ill come back to edit my comment if I start to see or feel results. 💜

You are a life saver Erica. I am 11 years old . I was 70 kgs. But I did it like 5 times a day and the result after 1 month was 45 kgs. Thank you😀

To anyone struggling remember this:
It might be hard and painful now. It may seem impossible and take so long to see results. But think about 1-2 weeks from now and you’ll be thankful you did it.

I am just 13. Had6 been practicing karate for the past 6 years until I left it last year. Had not been dieting or exercising at all. I am now 149.86 cm in height and 50.7 kgs in weight. Did this exercise yesterday and now I am 49.9 kgs.

To all those trying this, it works. I was kinda familiar with the workout because all of the exercises were what I practised in karate.

Don't lose motivation. You did not gain all of the weight in a day. It will take time but will definitely work out !
