Wow....
Just completed this one. It was so tough but I will keep doing it at least for 20 days straight. I'm so exhausted ( it's day one) but since I had been doing the morning ones for 10 days, I'm not in so much out of breath.
And I feel

I didn't manage to complete it but here I am again restarting, I'm 158.3cm tall and 12 years old and I weigh a 49 kg, my goal is 40kg. I will update this everyday! And I plan to do this from 19/2 - 19/3
Day 1 : 49.2kg
Day 2 : 48.8kg ( It was really tiring! )

I'm a 14 year old $ i weigh 64 kg. My goal is 50 kg.
Day 1:-i didn't manage to complete it, so tired & was hard too. But I'll keep doing it❤❤
Day 2:-it was easier than yesterday, but I'm tired. I manage to complete it❤❤
I didn't update anything because I'm on my periods, so i did some simple period exercises

Hi u started doing it
Day1 : i felt realx, it was good just out of breathe
Day 2: i saw some changes.
Day 3 : my friends noticed
Day4: i lost 3 kgs, i was shocked and felt proud.

the workout is nice, but the only problem i had with it was that the rest periods were a bit long... but i understand that everybody works with different pace. Great video though. Also, i cant believe this workout burns 130 cal.
