This Walking Workout is Fun and Energizing and takes only 20 minutes to complete. It consists of Low Impact exercises only. That means it will go easy on your tendons and joints and that there is no jumping in this workout. This kind of workout is deal for beginners that want to do some cardio at home or if you are recovering from injury and don’t want high impact exercises.

As the workout takes only 20 minutes there will be no water break in this workout.

Easy to follow, effective low impact exercises! I added light hand weights for a little extra boost but with or without a nice workout for the whole body. I am saving this one to do again during holiday traveling next week!

I am a week into having Covid, but exercise is an important part of my wellbeing, so I have managed to keep going with shorter and less intense workouts. This was perfect - but now I need to rest!
