Upper Body Toning // No Repeats Workout

Today we are focusing on Upper Body Toning with this No REPEAT workout! Using only dumbbells we are going to target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and back oww oww! Only one set of each upper body exercise so really make it count. Chose a weight that is challenging for you but allows you to keep proper form. You got this!

Workout Breakdown: 1 Upper Body Toning Circuit 40s work + 10s rest x1 round (aim for approx. 12-15 reps of each move)
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I'm using a set of 5lbs, 10lbs and 15lbs) + exercise mat or other soft surface.

I switched back to Heather from a different youtube trainer after finishing their workout channel and I'm glad I made it back. Heather offers the complete package from warm ups, workout, and stretching that makes each session feel great. This was no exception. Also really going at heathers pace makes you feel like every fiber is being worked. Keep up the amazing works!

Love Heather's workouts. Full body range, challenging, but doable. And I love that she does her quick intro at first and then dives in. Her format is unlike any others I've seen. No constant commentary and inside jokes with a full room of people working out. Love the demos before each set that both give you time to set up for the next exercise as well as a quick view of what's next. Can't praise it enough!

I'm happy I had decided to try one of the slightly older workouts. This one was so comprehensive. My entire upper body got worked out! I appreciated how you gave us sufficient time between each exercise so that we could switch weights, get into the next position, and even rest a little bit. Also, a big thanks for including a warm up and cooldown stretching at the end. This was fabulous! Thanks a lot Heather 🥰.

Loved this one! Really liked that there was more time between sets than a lot of your other videos. I didn't feel so rushed and was able to get the weights I needed and watch you do the moves so that I was ready to go right at the start. Great total upper body workout!
