I can't imagine how I can express my gratitude over a youtube comment, but if you see this Maddie, I'm BEYOND thankful!! I started at home workouts in the beginning of the pandemic ( cliche, I know; i've always been active but lost my way a bit) and only watch your videos because of how good they are and how good you are! Thank you for continuing to add content, I get excited every time you have a new workout. I hope you know what big impact you've had on peoples lives. I like upper body training the least but I gotta say, this workout felt super quick !!!! I used two big bottles with water since I don’t have dumbbells, and it felt really good to complete this day of the December challenge <3 can’t believe it’s almost over

I just found you! I have been using these videos for 4 days. I love them. I love that you use the timer, explain what and how we do the exercises, when you show yourself from different angles and when you tell the best movement to hit that particular muscle. Also, the dog - How adorable. Don't ever leave him at home. Aside from making it relatable, its just cute! Subscribed and liked!

Soooo happy I found this! I have recently just been doing completely random upper body exercises in my room throughout the day but I really wanted something more structured yet not too demanding. This was perfect. I felt that burn in that tricep extension! Love it. I will be doing this multiple times a week now, thank you!!! I

Yes to more longform with dumbbells! I appreciate the completeness of this video, with full warm up and cool down, and also think you provide just the right amount of form prompts and reminders, and without filling the space with talking when not needed. Perfect.

The best part of this awesome workout is Jaz barking towards the end because that is absolutely happening in my own house during every workout. Her appearances make my day! Thank you for these videos; they have transformed my physical and mental well-being.
