▸ Equipment: Grab your Light & Medium Dumbbells! (I'm using 2x2kg & 2x5kg for your reference)
▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 40 Seconds. After 10 seconds of rest continue to the next move.

Loved seeing anna being tired and sore and needing breaks mid-set. Usually, the people in videos act like it's not hard at all, which makes me feel weak but seeing the need for breaks and the struggle helped me see that it was a hard workout and not just for me.

I used to see your shorts, and I admired you, but now that I'm doing your workouts? I'm your fan, haha. I'm 14, and I used to be obsessed with losing weight, but I learned that being skinny is not necesary healthy neither the only way to be pretty.
