Amazing workout Coach Vigue. I have been training you on a daily basis for almost 6 years now. I have your books as well, so when there’s no internet, I can still train with you.

In 6 years, in all the videos from Death by Plank to several stretching videos to your 7 days and 30 days Pilates and Yoga challenges, literally all good things have remained the same: the humor, the amazing locations, the fantastic exercises. But the level has gone up and I love the times when you do these slow flowing videos, really makes you focus and kicks ass.

Btw your video quality off late has been insanely good, which camera are you using? It even captured the sounds of the birds and bees so vividly. Thank you so much and God bless! Hope you publish a new episode of your podcast real soon too!
