Today's workout
In the previous video we hit a beginner version with a 10 minute no repeat dumbbell workout and you guys seemed to love it and had some great feedback.
So today we progress that workout by adding 5 more exercise and turning this one into a 15 minute full body no repeat dumbbell workout
What we are doing here is putting 15 minutes on the clock and working our way through 15 exercises for the 15 minutes without stopping.
If you're a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this workout. If you're more advanced bump up that weight.
You want to find a weight that works for you. Lets you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 15 minute pump and burn from home or the gym
This is just the more intermediate workout of this series. We will be planning on doing more also. We have done a 10 minute version, now we have the 15 minute. We will progress you onto a 20 minute and possibly 30 minute version down the line. Trust me those ones will be tough
But the previous workout and now this will help push you towards being ready for those. Again if you're ready for more and need it now. Repeat the video over again and make it a 30 minute workout or alternatively seeing its a no repeat workout , bump up that weight
