Today's workout

In the previous video we hit a beginner version with a 10 minute no repeat dumbbell workout and you guys seemed to love it and had some great feedback.

So today we progress that workout by adding 5 more exercise and turning this one into a 15 minute full body no repeat dumbbell workout

What we are doing here is putting 15 minutes on the clock and working our way through 15 exercises for the 15 minutes without stopping.

If you're a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this workout. If you're more advanced bump up that weight.

You want to find a weight that works for you. Lets you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 15 minute pump and burn from home or the gym

This is just the more intermediate workout of this series. We will be planning on doing more also. We have done a 10 minute version, now we have the 15 minute. We will progress you onto a 20 minute and possibly 30 minute version down the line. Trust me those ones will be tough

But the previous workout and now this will help push you towards being ready for those. Again if you're ready for more and need it now. Repeat the video over again and make it a 30 minute workout or alternatively seeing its a no repeat workout , bump up that weight

So grab your dumbbells and let's go . Who doesn't have 15 minutes free time for a super quick dumbbell workout at home

So happy I found your channel. I have the attention span of a gnat so getting back into working out after the pandemic daze of telecommuting and Netflix was rough. The shorter vids have gotten me off my arse every night this week. Goal: Get my strength back and work up to the hour long vids. Good job dude, you are unobtrusive and soothing even when my legs were burning.

G'day Mate, I'm Carl, I'm 59 and trying to get in decent shape & strength. I'm living on a rural property about 40 Min from Canberra in Australia. I've been doing some of your non-stop weight routines for about 2 months. The one including Bench Press, Squats, Romania Deadlifts, Bent over Rows and Military press is my favourite. Wanted to let you know that I'm making great gains using your videos. Yesterday I completed my 1st "age challenge" using your aforementioned routine. Only 25kg on the barbell. But I did 60 non stop reps of each exercise with only the time it takes for transition as breaks. The Mil Press was a killer and I did rest the bar on my chest twice to regroup. I've had both shoulders reconstructed so I'm cutting myself some slack on this and taking the win. So 1 set each of 60 reps. 1st age challenge done. Thanks for your motivation and example.
