So I am on day 26 of this 30 day challenge and I have to be honest here... I feel some difference in my stomach and my love handles (although it is not a HUGE difference), and I cannot see a big difference in my thighs and butt even though I feel like I'm pulling my pants up a lot more than I used to (yay!). Even though I did not get the (unrealistic) results I was expecting this 30 day challenge gave me something A LOT more important than results... Thanks to this I am now starting to create the habit of working out and, basically, being healthier! It even gave me enough confidence and courage to join a gym (which I have NEVER done) and for me this is just amazing! My biggest advice is to do this 30 day challenge, not to see results but to create a new habit, a new lifestyle! That was the biggest difference I noticed and for that... Thank you so much BeFit!

I done this workout yesterday! And as soon as I woke up this morning I saw a big difference on my belly, it's getting flat! Can't wait until these 30 days are over so I can finally see my results!

I'm on day 6 of week 2 and I can already feel the results of this workout. I love the fact that I get so much done in 10min and feel great for the rest of the day :). To make this more effective, I'd like to know if it's ok to take a walk or a light job on rest days and also, for people who do the workout in the early morning, what do you recommend them to eat before the workout? I usually have a banana or an avocado cause I heard those are the most energetic fruits. But, aren't they too caloric? My aim is not to loose weight, but to shape my body and tone up my muscles. Thank you and keep up the great work. Best :)

I'm often working out at the gym liek those weight training but never get a lotttt sweating and high heart rate like this for so but i guess cause i did not do HIIT for year too, it feeling so good to do hiit workout again ! This is just he first day and i did 3 clips of 30 day fat burn so i think i will keep doing this challenge for sure !

Finished the day before the last day. Does get you sweating I wish I paid more attention to my diet, how well I'm going to repeat the whole process again but this time with a diet. I do notice small changes but I usually lose fat after a month of exercise.

Day 20 complete!! I lost 15 pounds completing the springahead challenge, now I see a lot of definition in my arms and legs completing these workouts!!
