Deep Hip Flexor Stretch // Daily Stretch for Back Pain Relief!

#Shorts 💥 Did you know that tight hip flexors = CONSTANT BACK PAIN?? 😫 Your hip flexor muscles get short from lots of sitting and walking, without any proper movements for counterbalance.
👆 This stretch right here is probably my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE for targeting the hip flexors. You'll instantly feel it!! (And it will instantly release the pressure you feel in your back, too.)
➡️ Hold for 3-5 deep breaths on each side.
➡️ Try both pressing back toward the chair or lunging forward.
➡️ Can't kneel at all? That's ok! Do this standing by holding onto something in front of you, and laying your foot over the arm of the chair. 👍
(Quick note: the reason this one is so good is because it's targeting your quads AND your hip flexors at the same time... double duty!)
