I suffer from groin and hip pain and sometimes struggling walking, I just started doing some cycling to try to get some movement in my him but it’s not really helping
I’m gonna try some of the stretches from your video

These look like effective stretches. I have tightness in the right leg psoas major and adductor longus; I'm thinking these will help with that.

I've been on a bit of a journey regarding my overall fitness and health, with specific focus on glutes, leg muscles and hip flexors. Doing split squats has really highlighted how poor the strength is in my hip muscles, particularly on one side of my body. I have a question regarding hip flexor-based stretches/strengthening: have you heard about or seen something that yoga practitioners call "involuntary movement"? It's where certain muscles are held under some degree of tension for a time period, and as the time lengthens, they start to shudder or tremor from fatigue. Do you have any experiences with it?

One of the stretches helped me relieve the discomfort I was feeling in my left hip! It was the perfect stretch for it. Now I know how to relieve that pain thank you so very much!
