I am so much overweight its not even funny. I've been doing cardio for a week now and 100 squats a day challenge with it. I never gave up no matter how painful it became. I will definitely do this routine from now on too. Wish me luck!

For people wondering, the amount of sets to do and at which times to do the workout.

1. 2-3 rounds of the workout

2. 3-4 times a week (one day in and the other day off)

3. 6-8hrs of sleep

4. Include weights/resistance training prior to workout

5. Include ab workout to see optimum results (optional)

I've been doing this workout for the past couple weeks and I am seeing incredible results, I can see the lines in the abs more and more and my weight is dropping constantly I was 71 kg now I am 68.8 kg..I've also corrected my nutrition just from the basic no junk food, alcohol..I've done this workout to make the last part of my lower abs to show ...at the beginning I sweated like crazy and I've finished almost one round ...by the time doing this hiit only one time has become not enough! so I started to add one more round focusing on perfect form..and so on ...I usually combine this exercise with abs only workout (done after hiit) and this is crazy, combined also with chest workout and jump rope ..abs are showing more and more..I did this 5-6 times a week, about 25-35 min each session ..sorry for my bad English.. thank you bro! your workouts are amazing

I've done it everyday of the week for a few years now, on and off. My go to workout when i need to lose weight. Do it every day for 2-3 months, get a strict diet, and you're good to go until you need it again. Amazing work!

I just wanna drop a big and honest "thank you".

A year ago I started doing this workout and it felt great. Lost some pounds of fat and it just worked out perfectly fine in combination with my daily weight lifting exercises.
Had to take a break due to injury for about 4 months and I felt f*cking horrible...
Now I'm back at it for about a month and it's just amazing how 10 minutes of intense workout will increase your well being in general.
And for all of you who can't or won't do certain exercises, just check out the other videos about H.I.I.T. Just combine exercises you feel comfortable with and try to invest 10 minutes a day. Trust me, it isn't that much of a deal. Just keep at it, boys and girls, and you can achieve whatever you want to achieve.
Thank you again, Abnormal Beings, for producing these videos. You helped me getting my ass to work and I'm sure I'm not alone.
