18/6 works best for me. Plus the occasional 72 hour fast. I reversed my Type 2 diabetes by intermittent fasting.

I did fasting over a year ago and I was really happy with how I looked and felt so confident and comfortable in my skin. I've slowly put the weight back on unfortunately but I'm more than willing to get back to being happy within myself again
