1. Intermittent Fasting - 16:8 (16 fast: 8 feed) is average, for more deficit 18:6
2. Diet Monk Mode - Establish caloric deficit and be very disciplined. Don't waver from your macros/calories. More detail, better

Thank you for all your videos, it has helped me lose 10lbs, including in the last 2 weeks three pounds by intermittent fasting 22/2 and it has been great, I feel great and I am making progress - I am already at my target weight, now I need to get from 16% body fat to 13% - I will be watching my macros more closely and thanks the "Dr Mike burger" lol and other "cheat like" meals - thanks again and keep up the great work!

I’ve never tried fasting before, so I’m going to give it a go. I walk about 20, 000 steps a day at work 5 days a week (post man) and I always get 7-8 hours sleep, so I think as long as I keep my food clean and use the fasting windows I’ll see results in no time. Thank you for this video and all your content, brilliant stuff!

Good info everything is correct. I managed to go from 10% body fat to 8% bodyfat by making sure my last meal of the day was 4 hours before bedtime, right before bed I'd get 16oz of water, 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar, 2oz freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon. Drink that, than take an ice cold shower than immediately to bed. I swear the fat just melted off every time I slept.

No idea if this is medically sound but it worked for me without having to cut more calories.

Going sober had me go from 28% to 24% in months combined with upping my plant protein powders, 20min of weights, 20-30min run most days.
I found no alcohol and way more plant protein had my carb and snack cravings decrease by 80%+ easily, absolutely not kidding, the best damn weight loss trajectory I've ever experienced.
Upping the veggies and veggie protein seems to supercharge the rest, seems like most of the process becomes easier. Helped me stay sober.
Yes I still eat meat but maybe for less than 1/3 of my diet now, I just don't crave it as much with the increase in veggie blends with a nutribullet - about 2+ a day.
I do eat between 12pm-9pm but again, the healthier diet also makes this tremendously easier with less cravings. Point being, explore blending more frozen veggies + plant protein powders everyday. Frozen broccoli has excellent fiber and protein and blending only marginally reduces the fiber efficiency combined to being deficient of these foods in your diet.
Frozen veggies blend into liquid just fine with a decent blender - drinking it tastes fine, no need to cook it unless you want to.
