Lord knows how long it takes me to do these 20 minute exercises😂 I realize that i’ve been able to do high planks and squats better now, thanks to this channel 🙏

P.S. I can do bicycle crunches and mountain climbers better now. You're right. Consistency is key!

Loving this work out! Now on day 24 of working out. Have not worked out for years. Day 1 I was so frustrated I could not even do a 3 second plank. Did the whole plank today.

As far I can see just a few changes on my size but definitely stronger than when I started the challenge, so this is a big improvement for me! 🏆
