Day 3: DONE!🌻🌻🌻
Going to bed exhausted and waking up exhausted! The workouts always "look simple" until you're on round 3 and you're dripping and you're shaking like a leaf! It's only day 3 and I already had to dig deep to push to round 4! Lol, Dear God of belly fat loss, let me pull through the 14 days victorious!

Finished day 3...my upper body strength definitely needs some work. The military planks, half pushups, and bicep dips KILLED ME!

•Overhead Step Jacks 30secs
•Low Walkouts 30secs
•Military Half Planks 30secs
•Butterfly Crunches 30secs
•Triceps Dips 30secs
•Back Extensions 30secs
•Half Push-ups 30secs
•Ab Crunches
(Repeat 3-4 Times.)

Now my shoulders and legs are sore after day 1 and 2. I recommend try her warm up for 5 minutes then do the workout . Day 3 is more about strength training. I didn’t sweat a lot but I feel it targets the core area more !

What i love about this series is that it invites me to engage in mind-muscle connection. I really feel like I am tapping into the foundations of each muscle group with each exercise, and learning what each move should feel like. This workout looked "easy" but i REALLY felt it throughout my upper body, and that's amazing. MR AND MRS MUSCLE ARE GENIUSES when it comes to planning workouts! Im really enjoying this challenge (2 years after you released it!) THANK YOU.

Thank you for this 14 Day Exercise Challenge. I was trying to find something that I could do with being overweight and having several other physical problems. This is great for anyone to do and still be challenged and sweat.

You always keep me motivated and make me want to exercise for life..I do adore your videos, and thanks to you guys I lost weight..! For a while due to quarantine I’ve been standing in my balcony playing some cool jams, and doing your workouts with my neighbours..!! We have a blast together courtesy of your effort..❤️❤️

This quarantine has been a blessing in disguise for me. It forced me to cook everything I eat and more healthier that way. No junk food, drink plenty of water and been taking supplements from Vanguard Formulas combined with home work out. So far I am down 20 pounds!

Day 3 done! Round 1 already had me anticipating how tough this was going to be. My non-existing ab muscles will be crying soon. Kudos to all that completed this... we've got this!!!
