So I'm doing these exercise dor last 10 days and I'm thankful to them because these exercise really helped me a lot. My waist is smaller than before, my belly also loose much of the fats and my hands are slim than before. But i also stop eating sugar, I'm drinking funnel seeds water and in the morning I intake lemon water that's why these exercise are very effective . But now more changes i changed my workout. But trust me do these exercises daily and you can see tge result. Fighting girl!!!!

It really burnt a lot of my belly fat in just 3 days of doing the full workout!
My height is 5'1 and waist was 30". After doing these 27 min exercises for 3 consecutive days, the measurement reduced to 28". I will complete the 14 day target and share my results.
(Also, It took me 4 days to do thr whole aerobic exercise in one go, i wasn't able to do more than 11 minutes as I was not physically very active and had low lactate threshold)

Result: My waist is now 26" OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH EVA. You guys must try this it's really helpful 🙏🏻

i honestly think this workout is so good, it targets the stomach area, defo the arms, some thigh and glute workouts. slighlty so ever and it also gives a great stretching part at the end. I am sweating like crazy rn and i think this is defo good for weight loss. I may do some additonal squats and crunches but overall this was amazing

I've done this workout twice a day for 4 days so far! In total I've been working out for a week and a half. I don't know how long it takes to see results but I can definitly answer that my stomach has become a lot more tight. I still really don't see a difference yet, but I'm hoping to see a difference soon. My legs, stomach and shoulders are always sore when I wake up which I take that it's good? I'll update further once I start seeing results!

Just started this workout I'm a size 42 i will try for 3 days I'm sweating as hell and I only did 14 mins i couldn't keep as I'm out of shape I'll keep posting so far I love it its so much fun

I’m going to track my results for the next 14 days 😊 I’ll do it following just simple diet with no any restrictions, doing this workout 3 times a week and walking 1 hour daily with daily 30 minutes cardio run.

Day 1 - 73.6 (did the workout✅)
Day 2 - 73.8 (no workout❌ had some food before sleep)
Day 3 - 73.5 (did the workout✅)
Day 4 - 73.15 (did the workout✅)
Day 5 - rest day
Day 6 - rest day
Day 7 - 72.6 (did the workout✅)
Day 8 - 72.4 (did the workout✅)

Tried it for the first time and wow, this will be my daily 30 min work out from now on. Not too hard and not too easy but just right. Felt it to my bones. Great job.

I love these workouts. I always feel it by the 8 minute mark, but whenever I pass it, it starts getting easier again. Loved the stretches at the end!
