Over a month ago, I started with the 10min workout on the same channel. And man it was so hard to get through those 10 exercises. After some time, I got used to it, started doing it twice a day, got into a diet plan. Started doing this 20min workout about a week ago again it was the hardest thing ever. But I adapted to this 20min fat burning exercise faster than I did with the 10min. The workout are much easier now and honestly, with no other exercise I've lost close to 8KG in a little over a month. This workout works, planning on downloading the app as well. It would be a worthy investment!

getting back to fitness after a few months of slumping, started the workout tired and ended energized, the opposite of what i'm used to lol. this guy is my favorite workout guy on youtube. i find coaches that speak during the exercises annoying and distracting, and rowan is straight to the point. thanks!
