The first time i tried out this workout, i could only do 8 mins. 5 days later, i have completed the entire video. I am really proud of my achievement today.

I finished it! I got a really bad knee injury that has stopped me from being able to run or work out the same way 3 years ago. My self confidence plumited, i gained weight and depression set it. I started doing this because running hurt too much, and today i able to actually finish it for the first time. Thank you so much for posting this. I know it sounds like a small thing but i broke down crying after. I dont feel broken any more, i feel like i conquered the world. I cant tell you how much this means to me.

First 5 min: I got this... BEAST MODE!
Next 5 min: The same exercises? Especially, the ones hate most? It's okay... Pain is temporary.
5 min later: Why the f*** am I doing this?! And I've had it, with this mfing sweat in my mfing eyes!
Last 5 min: (Gains unexplained energy) Bet I can go faster than you!

Note to self: don’t do this workout right after a meal. Unless you want to taste your meal multiple times over again during the workout.

I started this 4 weeks ago every day with some fasting 16/8 and down almost 20 lbs. Thank you BullyJuice. Ive grown to like the music

I consider myself in pretty good shape but those mountain climbers at the end were hard. Thanks for the upload. Those 10 seconds breaks weren't much haha

I'm a veteran, 2 deployments and a rough up bringing. I've had ongoing issues with depression, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts etc. Both parents divorced and were deadbeats. Both have died. Most of my so called drink, do drugs and make bad decisions. In the last 45 days or so I stopped drinking. Because of this I have a hard time being around them. I've always worked out alot but drinking and drugs obviously hurt progress. But, since covid started I've been doing your workouts. I haven't been to the gym in weeks and not sure I going back anytime soon. Mainly because your workouts have better results. Since I've quit drinking my energy has gone thru the roof. It helps alot with my PTSD related issues and it's a good release. My dad died a few month ago and frankly I cant be around alot of people mainly cause they're toxic like him. Your workouts definitely help me with all this bent up anger. Keep posting new stuff. I'll keep following. Thanks brother 🤘
