Fabulous enjoyed that. I do like the feet movement. They felt so much better as I think I have arthritis starting. My left foot in particular feels stiff and sore as sprained it many times and about 20 years ago badly pulled sprained the Archalese tendon. As I’ve got older it’s more sore and seems to affect my balance. (UK)
