Join in for a 10 minute EXPRESS LOWER BODY WORKOUT that is all standing (meaning no floor work). Today I'll be using two 15LB dumbbells. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We also have a super quick warm up and cool down. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik
