Everyone... It really works, I've been doing this workout 3 to 4 times a week since september (and a additional 5 minutes butt workout which is amazing too) and my butt changed SO MUCH. I have before and after pictures and my butt really is "lifted", it looks more round, high, just amazing. I was really insecure about my butt since my weightloss (lost about 14kg), I had no butt anymore and felt so bad wearing jeans. But now omg... I feel so much prettier with my round lifted booty 🥺 thank you so so much for this <3

I like the workout a lot! It would be nice to have 10 seconds 'rest' in between so that we can see what the next move is.

🎉RESULTS🎉
Okayy soo, I have been doing this workout for 2 months, and the truth is I have seen a BIG change, my butt is rounder and lifted (I have hip dips that were very noticeable but with this workout they have been decreased, that is, they are no longer as noticeable) now my thighs are bigger, I have more resistance in my legs, In my case, I have an inverted triangle body, and with this workout it has given me that silhouette of having more hips and be fuller in the hips

🌺It should be noted that I have not implemented or changed anything in my food since I don't diet.🌺

❤For anyone who is starting to do this, be consistent and be patient <3❤

Day 7 done, idk why but I feel like my butt is really lifting in just 7 days
Day 8 done, it's becoming more easy to me, plus every morning my tummy is more flatter
Day 9 done
Day 10 done, yey I did it and I can really see some changes in my thighs and butt :))

maybe next time start the timer while you do the workout and not before. regardless, great workout, i really felt the burn. :)

I did this together with 20 mins standing cardio and 10mins standing abs workout by cloe ting for almost a month now (5-7× a week) + eating a lil more protein and I can see that I've become leaner with quite a visible hourglass body.

I added ankle weights with all and a dumbbell with some. Awesome workout for when there's not much time. Saved it on my favourites list.
